Prior to joining the River City Bank team, Barnard-Bahn provided executive coaching, human resources, and compliance consulting services for large corporate and small business clientele as principal of Barnard-Bahn Consulting and Coaching. With more than 20 years of experience in aligning corporate culture with business strategy, she holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and provides a unique combination of skills and experience related to legal obligations and activities along with corporate strategy and business goal achievement.

She is a frequent speaker and published author on topics including employee engagement, reputation risk management, ethics, and management best practices.
