Sorgenfrei will lead the T-ROC marketing team that has been established for more than 10 years, successfully supporting manufacturers and retailers with in-store sales, marketing, merchandising, training and full store labor solutions, delivering a fully end-to-end customer service management experience. Laura Sorgenfrei has more than two decades of experience working with manufacturers and retailers in the CE space launching new technologies into the market as well as creating an ROI program model that proves the impact of the spend on in-store sales, training and merchandising support investment. Her vast experience comes from launching the first digital camera in retail more than 20 years ago to launching virtual reality, connected home products, headphones, drones, streaming TV and more.
