Exit Partners announced that Kirk Otis has joined the company as Senior Vice President. The addition of Mr. Otis brings to the firm a leader with extensive transaction experience in technology and industrial markets.

Kirk has 35 years of transaction experience in the software, telecom, semiconductors, aerospace, and steel industries. Prior to Exit Partners, Kirk was at C-Level Advisors, a regional strategy consultancy focused on technology. Previously, he was CEO of TriLumina Corp, a leader in semiconductor lasers. He held various corporate development roles at Nortel Networks and DSC Communications, where he led initiatives to expand offerings in new growth segments and helped develop new channels to market. Earlier he had roles at The LTV Corporation and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He earned a Bachelor's of Science at Bowling Green State University and a MBA at Southern Methodist University.
