Promotions include the following:
Julie Avila has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer. In this role, she is responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives while implementing plans for the operational infrastructure of systems and personnel. Additionally, she is responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of processes internal and external as well as developing, communicating and implementing effective growth strategies and processes in collaboration with other members of the leadership team. Lastly, with her many years of stellar experience in client services, she will serve as lead “client-care officer” through direct contact with clients and partners to maintain overall client satisfaction and retention.
Tom Rathbone has been promoted to VP, Strategic Initiatives. In this role, he will develop and maintain a strategic vision to define our rules for engagement with vendors and partners from all sides. Additionally, he will focus heavily on strategic planning (including new strategic ventures), innovation/new technologies to keep us ahead of the curve, internal analytical support to continue to optimize and add efficiencies, and thought leadership.
Tracie Gross has been promoted to Associate Director, Partnership Success. Due to her vast experience in client services and a passion for publisher relations, she will be working with publishers, clients, vendors and our team internally to further nurture existing publisher relationships and build new ones. Responsibilities include publisher management, partner recruitment, management of partner information among other exciting new initiatives.
Robin Sills has been promoted to Business Operations Manager. In this role, she will create processes to streamline day-to-day business operations including payroll, benefits, state setup, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other human resources needs. Additionally, she will prepare and run reports as needed for the leadership team. She brings years of experience and know-how to this role and will continue to help us create order and structure where necessary in order to keep our team and our clients set up for success.
