Guides Help Businesses Reduce Costs, Find Suppliers and Enter New Markets

Rethink Wire Transfers

We want to level the playing field and make it easy for businesses of all sizes to be successful.

Veem, the first global payments platform to use blockchain, today announced the release of comprehensive international businesses guides to help small and medium businesses (SMB) navigate the challenges of doing business on a global scale. With a commitment to small businesses, Veem has created guides for 34 countries including China, Mexico, and France to empower businesses with the information they need to succeed.

“Small businesses owners are some of the hardest working people in the world but resources to help them grow internationally are limited,” said Marwan Forzley, founder and CEO at Veem. “We want to level the playing field and make it easy for businesses of all sizes to be successful. Small businesses now have the information they need to find partners and suppliers and be competitive on a global scale.”

More and more businesses are global, especially those owned by millennials. A survey by IPSOS on behalf of Veem found that 48 percent of small business owners ages 18 to 34 currently sell their products outside of the US and 8 percent are planning to do so soon. By making resources available in one place, at the click of a button, Veem is removing a major barrier for small businesses that don’t know how enter the global market or expand beyond the countries they currently work with.

Veem’s business guides include valuable information business owners need when they work with suppliers and providers outside of the US but this is just the beginning. The initial list of 34 countries will expand as will the information available on each country. A few examples of the content you will find in these guides are:

  • German Business Phrases to Help you Communicate by Email
  • Top 5 Things You Must Know to Find a Supplier in South Korea
  • 5 Reasons Why Taiwan’s Smartphone Penetration is Great for US Businesses
  • How to Request a Sample from China Using a Supplier on Alibaba
  • 7 Spanish Phrases to Help You Do Business in Mexico

“Technology has made every business global. We want to be a resource for businesses beyond our payments platform,” continued Forzley. Veem makes sending and receiving payments internationally as simple as sending an email. Payments are secure, trackable and there are no hidden fees.
