Expansion Includes National Schedule, Augmented Programming, and Updated Products & Branding

LATZ Negotiation recently announced significant corporate expansion plans which include new programming, new staffing, and a complete rebranding of the organization.

LATZ has been a staple in the negotiation training arena for over 20 years and has trained over 100,000 individuals from various industries, both nationally and internationally. Its founder, Marty Latz, is a recognized negotiation expert who has worked in a negotiation capacity for the White House, has appeared on CNN, FOX News, and CBS as a negotiation expert, and is a graduate of Harvard Law School.

"We live in what can best be described as a knowledge economy and we are seeing an increased emphasis placed on professional skill development within the workplace. That, along with a positive economic picture, employers are now more than willing to invest in staff development. Additionally, numerous industry studies show professional training and skill development cited as a top condition of workplace satisfaction. We are looking to meet this demand," said Marty Latz, CEO and founder.

Starting this month, LATZ Negotiation's new programming includes a full schedule of 2-day public seminars held in major U.S. markets, new negotiation training programs for women, and enhanced coaching and consulting services.

"Within the negotiation space, organizations are realizing their staff simply do not have the skills or the tools needed to be truly effective negotiators, which translates to lost deals or money left on the table. With our expansion plans, we will be able to expand our reach and tailor our teachings to assist an even greater number of organizations and business people reach their business goals through the implementation of comprehensive, proven negotiation strategies," said Latz.

The organization also announced that it has recruited Expert Presenters to teach the public seminar training programs scheduled across the country for 2018. These individuals are true negotiation experts, having worked in negotiation capacities in both the public and private sector. The Expert Presenters team includes Kevin Corley, Professor of Management at Arizona State University; Charles Price, Partner at Dickinson Wright; and Andrea Schneider, Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School.

LATZ Negotiation has also engaged in an extensive rebranding campaign and has launched a new website, a free resource center, and revamped social media pages and announced a new book from CEO Marty Latz. His second book, The Reality of the Deal: An Eye-Opening Look at How Trump Really Negotiates, is scheduled for release this summer with pre-sales currently available on Amazon.
