Blue Bell, PA based Workers' Compensation Firm, Cardamone Law, LLC, has secured one of the largest Workers' Compensation Settlements in Pennsylvania, approved by a Workers' Compensation Judge on January 9, 2018.

"The settlement will give our client peace of mind," said Michael Cardamone, President of Cardamone Law. "Unfortunately, it won't restore his health but it will give him security and get him out of the sometimes demoralizing workers' compensation system."

Attorney Michael W. Cardamone, President of Cardamone Law, LLC, a leading Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation firm for injured workers, has secured one of the largest Workers' Compensation settlements in Pennsylvania. The total settlement, including a Medicare Set Aside, is $2,330,000.00. The wage loss portion of the settlement is nearly $900,000.00 with some up front money, and some structured payments.

Cardamone's client, a University Police Sergeant, sustained a serious and permanently disabling spinal cord injury in 2011 while working. Settlement talks commenced in June 2017, and a final deal was reached in December 2017. On January 9,2018, the landmark settlement was presented to and approved by a Workers' Compensation Judge in the Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Workers' Compensation, in Dresher, PA. (Dispute No. 3937425)

The vast majority of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation settlements are well under $500,000.00, with very few even reaching $1,000,000.00. This deal will ensure that Cardamone's client has financial security, in addition to the ongoing medical treatment needed throughout his life.

Cardamone Law is unique because the firm only handles Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation cases, and only for injured workers. Attorney Cardamone is a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist as recognized by the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
