APPEALIE Awards celebrate the apps that users can’t live without and focus on SaaS applications that wow customers

Every year APPEALIE evaluates SaaS apps and recognizes software organizations that are going above and beyond to deliver real value to their customers. With a focus on SaaS organizations, the APPEALIE awards celebrate the game changers who create software that not only wows customers, but becomes an indispensable part of their business and their lives.

The APPEALIE is awarded annually to SaaS apps that demonstrate excellence through innovation, customer delight, and dedication to constant improvement. The judging process evaluates entrants on customer satisfaction, performance, business value, user experience, user interface, and customer service.

KeyedIn was awarded the SaaS Customer Success Award. The SaaS Customer Success Award specifically focuses on: net promoter scores, customer survey responses, and documentation of customer success and outcomes. With many customer success stories submitted for this award, KeyedIn customers raved about the KeyedIn team as well as the innovative software that they provide. APPEALIE hosts a SaaS Awards program with winning apps selected on the basis of customer feedback and data. Each competition consists of four categories – Overall SaaS, SaaS Customer Success, iOS Mobile SaaS App, and Android Mobile SaaS App – and is judged by a panel of software experts.
