This special evening begins with an Amuse Bouche welcome paired with Iron Horse Vineyards, Wedding Cuvée, Sparkling Brut, Sonoma, California. Starter choices are Risotto with Foraged Mushroom Confit paired with Domaine Serene, ‘Coeur Blanc’, Willamette Valley, Oregon or Gulf Blue Crab with Citrus and Mascarpone paired with White Burgundy, Henri Boillot, Burgundy, France. Main choices include a Bone-in Painted Hills Ribeye with steak frites paired with Brunello di Montalcino, Antinori, ‘Pian delle Vigne’, Tuscany, Italy or Maine Lobster Thermidor paired with Pinot Noir, Etude, ‘Heirloom’, Carneros, California.
