2017 was a banner year for Astound Commerce, the world’s largest independent digital commerce agency, highlighted by global expansion, the integration of new marketing services and several major commerce implementations. Astound Commerce will build on this growth by kicking off 2018 at NRF’s Retail Big Show in New York, January 14 - 16, 2018.

Driving Astound Commerce’s momentum is the addition of digital engagement experts from social marketing agency, Groove, who have enabled new services and expanded the company’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience to create deeper connections between brands and consumers at every touchpoint of the commerce experience. Astound Commerce clients can now leverage these services and technology solutions to increase customer acquisition and engagement long term.

Astound Commerce’s worldwide presence offers a unique approach to client partnership, empowering customers with global experience and local expertise to develop commerce platforms that serve a wide consumer base. Demand for these capabilities drove several new office openings in 2017, including Toronto, Dubai and multiple locations across the U.S. Astound Commerce has plans to continue this global expansion in 2018.

The value of Astound Commerce’s connected commerce approach is highlighted in its recent Salesforce Multi-Cloud implementations for Allergan and Perfectly Posh, which greatly expand on the agency’s beauty, skincare and pharma verticals. Allergan’s platform offers specialized skin products via personalized healthcare professional storefronts. The initial launch includes more than 600 storefronts, with plans to increase to 7,000 over the coming year. Astound Commerce also conducted the first implementation of a direct-selling party plan business onto the Salesforce Commerce Cloud with Perfectly Posh.
