Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Technologies Disrupting Government with Dcode
Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) January 16, 2018 -- Dcode, a government-focused technology accelerator, announced today a program for artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, and analytics technologies that want to bring their tech to the government market. The program aims to increase the speed at which government adopts these emerging technologies in order to support some of their most critical missions.
Last year, companies from Dcode’s Artificial Intelligence and Big Data programs saw adoption from over 20 federal agencies in just under six months - proving that these types of technologies can, and are, having a big impact on government.
Rolling off of the success of last year, this year’s selective three-month program will provide 6-10 companies with expert-led curriculum and strategic planning that covers key insights and guidance for entering the federal market. The program includes meetings with over 25 federal agencies and over 100 industry experts, who guide participating companies through the maze of rules and regulations.
“The combination of Big Data and AI applications provides the government the ability to wade into the unknown to make it known, understood, and actionable.” said Meagan Metzger, CEO of Dcode. “The federal government will continue to generate greater amounts of data every day. In order for the government to manage and make sense of this data, the adoption of newer technologies must occur - and quickly. Our national security and citizens depend on it.”
Dcode is looking for companies that provide products and applications in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent systems, predictive analytics, business intelligence, and other similar technologies.
Dcode’s cohort program is stage-agnostic, and designed for companies both with some traction in the federal market but still in the early and companies with established commercial success that are completely new to the federal government.
Applications are open now with a deadline of February 13, 2018. Companies can apply at dcode.co/apply or find more information at dcode.co/faq.
