Today, Jazel is pleased to announce that Stephen Christensen has joined the Company in the role of Vice President, Customer Success. He will be responsible for Jazel’s New Client On Boarding, Customer Success and the associated support team, and support of key company initiatives.

His experience working directly with hundreds of dealers has given him a unique insight into dealer operations, and we fully expect to leverage that expertise on behalf of Jazel’s growing client base.”
Prior to joining Jazel, Mr. Christensen held the position of Director of Customer Engagement at Dealersocket. In this role he was a member of the leadership team focusing on employee development, customer satisfaction and key customer engagement. "I’m excited to be joining Jazel and look forward to contributing to Jazel’s level of care and exceeding the standard of excellence that our customers have come to expect,” said Mr. Christensen.
Christensen’s time at Dealersocket was marked by a flurry of positive activity as his hands-on leadership saw the successful expansion of the company’s primary support center in Orange County, CA and the opening and ongoing integration of a new center in Utah. Christensen’s skill in employee training will be particularly valuable as Jazel grows its support staff.

Accepting the role at Jazel represents a bit of a homecoming for Christensen, who got his start in the industry at Jazel in 2009. I’m delighted on behalf of our clients that Stephen is coming back home to Jazel.”
Mr. Christensen earned a BA from Cal State Fullerton University with a focus on History and Political and Social Economics.
