HCMC Legal Expands Senior Leadership Team To Support Company’s Growth And Industry Demand
NEW YORK (PRWEB) January 23, 2018 -- HCMC Legal, Inc., the parent company of Hire Counsel and Mestel & Company, announces a major expansion of its executive leadership team with the addition of the following members: Charles Nelson, Chief Financial Officer for HCMC Legal; Andreana Nelson, Vice President of Sales for Hire Counsel; and Nick Radoicic, Managing Director of Operations for Hire Counsel.
Charles Nelson joins HCMC Legal as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the company’s overall financial and strategic management, including reporting, business planning, and process optimization as well as information technology. He has more than 30 years of experience, most recently as the CFO of Chicago Skyway Concession Company LLC. He has also held senior management roles in various industries, including infrastructure, human resources outsourcing solutions, insurance, and asset based lending. He is a Certified Public Accountant for the state of Illinois.
Andreana Nelson, Vice President of Sales, oversees the strategic initiatives and sales activity of Hire Counsel’s national sales team. Her focus will be on sales strategy, process improvement, performance management, and team collaboration. She brings 21 years of experience and is well versed in eDiscovery services and software, enterprise legal software and services, large and small law litigation in legal/government/corporate markets. Most recently, Andreana was a National Sales Manager at LexisNexis, where she managed and grew a multi-million dollar territory.
Nick Radoicic, Managing Director of Operations, oversees the Specialized Project Attorney Recruiting team and has an integral role in identifying the company’s needs as well as executing successful recruiting and marketing strategies. He specializes in researching and analyzing industry trends and metrics, which will empower the organization with the ability to make decisions and set priorities strategically based on quantitative intelligence. Nick has 14 years of experience, most recently as a National Account Manager at Shiftgig.
