Seek Capital Honored as a Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award Winner for being One of the Best Places to work in 2018
LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) January 17, 2018 -- Seek Capital, a leader in providing credit cards and startup business capital in the United States, has been honored with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2018. The Employees’ Choice Awards program, now in its 10th year, relies solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor. Seek Capital ranked #44 form over 770,000 qualifying companies.
“It’s an incredible honor to be recognized as one of the top places to work in 2018. What makes it more special than any other award is that it is voted on by the most important people, our own team. To have our employees vote for us like that is both humbling and affirmation that we are running our business the right way,” said Seek Capital CEO Roy Ferman.
Ferman further stated, “This honor would not be possible without our incredible people, who’ve played a major role in crafting our unique and strong company culture.”
The Best Places to Work are determined using company reviews shared by U.S.-based employees between November 1, 2016 and October 22, 2017. To be considered for the small & medium category, a company must have less than 1,000 employees and have received at least 25 ratings across eight workplace attributes from U.S.-based employees during the period of eligibility. The final list is compiled based on Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
When sharing a company review on Glassdoor, employees are asked to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, and key workplace factors like career opportunities, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, senior management, as well as culture and values. In addition, employees are asked to describe the best reasons to work at their companies as well as any downsides.
One employee wrote, “everyday I wake up excited to go to work” because “everyone in the office is nice” and the “management team goes above and beyond to ensure that I have everything I need to do my job.” This employee further stated that the company has “an arcade in the office, unlimited coffee, regular company outings and a softball team.”
Another employee wrote that Seek Capital “truly tries to help each of its employees succeed with robust training programs and great employee incentives.”
Based on all the employee reviews on Glassdoor, Seek Capital received a rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars, a 91% Recommend to a Friend Rate and 95% approval rate of the CEO.
