Ilaria Barion Design, the premiere virtual staging firm for the ultra luxury real estate market, gives the Gucci sisters' Fifth Avenue penthouse a new online presence. The property, listed by Sotheby’s, is one of the many homes worth more than $30M that Barion has virtually staged in just the past few months.

Virtual staging, once a service for low-end, empty properties that weren’t worthy of a physical staging, is now widely used by agents around the country to market their most exclusive listings.

“Back in 2010, no agents were using virtual staging to market luxury real estate,” says Barion, ”We were the first company to have a luxury virtually staged home in the New York Times. Today more and more agents, representing some of the most exclusive homes in America, use our service as a key tool in their marketing strategy.”

Ilaria Barion was one of the top physical home stagers in New York City for years before starting a virtual staging firm in 2010. Barion and her team have staged over 20,000 homes over the years. In 2017 her firm staged properties in over 890 buildings in New York City alone.

“Multi-million dollar home buyers expect the best and they are not easily wowed. ” says Barion. “We choose to implement our design digitally over a physical staging because it’s the best and most cost-effective way to create a very upscale look without breaking the bank. “ continues Barion. “More importantly, our virtual staging offers an incredible flexibility of options, especially for luxury homes that need a totally new look and remodel."

Some of her recent projects include a $17M home at 534 Island Dr. in Palm Beach, Florida listed by The Corcoran Group and a townhouse at 4 East 74th St. in New York, previously own by Michael Jackson and listed by the Modlin Group for $39M.

ILARIA BARION DESIGN Ilaria is recognized for her knowledge of the ultra luxury real estate market. Her firm combines top-notch staging expertise and high-end design with a digital implementation for amazing results at a fraction of the cost of hiring a home stager. Ilaria Barion Design offers a wide range of luxury staging services for both empty and furnished homes such as luxury virtual staging for empty rooms, virtual furniture replacement, virtual room enhancement, virtual landscaping as well as architectural rendering service and virtual commercial staging. Ilaria is also the author of the award-winning how-to book "Set the Stage for a Sale: Secrets to Make Your City Dwelling Irresistible, Attract Home Shoppers, and Sell Fast in Any Market.”
