Mueller Sports Medicine Successfully Enforces Patent And Trademark Rights in Germany
PRAIRIE DU SAC, Wis. (PRWEB) January 19, 2018 -- Mueller Sports Medicine, Inc. (“Mueller”) has successfully enforced its intellectual property rights in Germany against 1000 Mile Sportswear Ltd, d/b/a Ultimate Performance together with its managing director Mr. Jack Galaun (“1000 Mile”).
Mueller sued 1000 Mile in Germany for infringement of Mueller’s European patent rights by 1000 Mile’s ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE® knee products marketed and sold in Germany. Mueller prevailed, and the German court enjoined 1000 Mile from further infringement and awarded Mueller both damages and attorney fees. (District Court Munich I, Case No. 21 O 2599/13)
