Today Reactful, a real-time, AI-driven web engagement and conversion platform for digital marketers, is announcing that it successfully launched Reactful R3, the third major release of their platform. Reactful R3 introduces enhanced analytics and reporting capabilities to complement its existing reaction design studio. Reactful also concludes a successful year of demonstrating significant revenue growth and market adoption, with new leading brands such as American Greetings and Symantec joining the platform.

In 2017, Reactful also closed a new round of funding, added new management and relocated the business. The Series A round of funding was led by Inspiration Ventures, with participation from other existing investors. The funding has been used to to grow the Reactful team, accelerate product development, and support expansion of their customer base. The Board of Directors has also appointed Leifur Thordarson as President & CEO, and Roger Ruttimann as CTO. Along with management updates, company headquarters have been relocated from Palo Alto, CA to the growing technology community of Santa Barbara, CA.
