53,670 Americans will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year, and our agency is committed to improving outcomes for these patients by raising donations for medical research
MARTINSBURG, W.V. (PRWEB) January 20, 2018
John Shepherd, owner and director of the Shepherd Insurance Agency in West Virginia, is announcing a charity drive to help raise awareness and support for pancreatic cancer survivors. Monies raised will be provided to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to support ongoing research into treatments and potential cures.
“53,670 Americans will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year, and our agency is committed to improving outcomes for these patients by raising donations for medical research,” said Shepherd.
The firm will be relying heavily on community support throughout the duration of the event, and will be offering donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network based on referrals sent into the firm. For each person referred into Shepherd Insurance for a no obligation quote, the agency will make a $10 donation to the cause.
