First Annual UltraShipTMS GLOBE Awards Honor Excellence in Transportation Logistics

FAIR LAWN, N.J. (PRWEB) January 23, 2018 -- Burgeoning supply chain logistics software solution provider, UltraShipTMS is proud to announce the launch of an annual awards program designed to recognize excellence in the utilization and promotion of leading edge technologies supporting effective transportation planning, execution and management.

The UltraShipTMS GLOBE Awards are conferred annually upon honorees selected from the growing base of UltraShipTMS transportation logistics management solutions users and channel partners. GLOBE Award recognition is given to transportation logistics departments and/or individual practitioners as well as business partners who achieve transformative results in their operations using any or all of the solutions, strategies and best practices they’ve adopted through their use and utilization of the UltraShipTMS platform.

This year’s GLOBE Award honorees include Castellini Foods in the category of “New Customer Implementation of the Year”. The “Implementation of the Year” award goes to Giorgio Foods and “Business Partner of the Year” recognition was earned by “Big Ed” Burns and Burns Logistics, Inc. The fourth and final award in the category of “Logistics Management Leadership” was earned by a leading consumer product packaging manufacturer who declined to participate in publicity surrounding their achievement.

GLOBE Award judging is performed by a panel of subject matter experts from a cross section of functional areas within the UltraShipTMS organization. The panel contains Implementation Managers, Application Development Resources, Support & Training Leadership and Executive Leadership team members.
