International Construction Lawyer Trevor Cosgrove Joins Greenberg Traurig In London

Cosgrove moves to GT from his position as counsel and head of construction in the Real Estate Department at Allen & Overy LLP.

Cosgrove’s clients also include purchasers, tenants, landlords, and funders of office, residential, university, and retail space. He also represents private equity funds, fund managers, investors, and developers of residential and office portfolios. Cosgrove, who has been described by clients in The Legal 500 UK as “invaluable,” completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at The College of Law Chester, and received a BSC, First Class Honours in Quantity Surveying, from Polytechnic of Wales (University of South Wales). He is admitted in England and Wales.
