Nutraceutical company Alcyon Health LLC attended January’s ECRM® EPPS event in Washington, D.C., showcasing three of its research-based reproductive health dietary supplements to some of the biggest retail buyers in the U.S.
The Vitamin, Weight Management and Sports Nutrition Efficient Program Planning Sessions (EPPS) is a trade show where vitamin, diet and nutrition companies like Alcyon Health LLC network with retail buyers in private sessions and show off their products. EPPS helped grow the brand recognition of Alcyon Health LLC, teaching important retailers about its natural products, which are made from the best raw ingredients and selected for greater bioavailability, potency and digestibility.
“ECRM® allows us to get a leg up in expanding further into the American market,” Managing Director Bryan Vantell said. “Alcyon Health started in America, but has had its biggest successes so far overseas. We want our products to be available to a wider audience back home, which ECRM can really help make happen.”
Alcyon was founded in 2016 when healthcare and marketing professionals Bryan Vantell and Abbas Jamali identified a need for science-based nutritional supplements that were not misleading to consumers. Alcyon’s mission is to make advanced nutrition transparent, easy to understand and easy to consume. Based on this philosophy, Alcyon developed a line of pre-conception and fertility products.

EPPS is a branch of the Efficient Retail Marketing (ECRM®) event series held Jan. 7-11 at the Hilton Washington in Washington, D.C. Brands were able to have direct discussions with retailers and other brands about business objectives like product launches, marketing campaigns and more. Some of the major retailers included Amazon.com, Costco, CVS, GNC, Harris Teeter, LuckyVitamin.com, Meijer, Sam’s Club, The Fresh Market, Vitamin Shoppe, Walgreens, Whole Foods and more.
