FSSolutions, the recognized leader in workforce compliance management services, has announced the addition of Donna Cournoyer as Director of Business Development to lead the transportation growth strategy. Donna joins FSSolutions with over 25 years of Fleet Safety and Risk Management experience, most recently for Pepsi Beverage Company/New Bern Transportation where she was responsible for the Strategy and Compliance for the DOT and Liability compliance programs, managing a system that touches DOT, TEST DRIVE, Vehicle Collisions, GPS /Hours of Service and Roadside Stops. Donna managed locations, markets, regions and headquarter functions all with a focus on Health, Safety and the Environment. In addition, Ms. Cournoyer developed and deployed compliance, wellness and Liability programs that support 25,000 drivers and provided training and support to Field HSE and Program Element Leaders to build DOT compliance. Donna managed and maintained enhancements to the Edot System for hours of service and vehicle condition reporting, including Federal DOT changes and improvements to driver engagement. She provided support and guidance for the DOT Audit team and helped develop the CSA tracking and management system. Through her experience with the Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA), and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, as well as workplace health and wellness best practices for transportation clients, Donna will build on FSSolutions continued commitment to their clients; providing leading technology and customer service.
