Attorney Sandra Valenzuela Educates Foreign Professionals on Applying for H-1B Visas
CHICAGO (PRWEB) January 24, 2018 -- According to a January 9, 2018 Business Today article, the Trump administration claimed it is not considering any proposal that would force H-1B visa holders to leave the country.

For workers wanting to obtain an H-1B visa, Valenzuela lists the following three tips:
No. 1: Get started now. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services begins accepting H-1B applications on April 1. “It is imperative that you get your employer on board, as they are the one that will sponsor you for the H-1B visa,” stressed Valenzuela.
No. 2: Ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Once the H-1B quota is reached, the window closes. “If you are delayed in submission you will lose your opportunity, and mistakes in documentation can cause a delay in your application,” noted Valenzuela.
No. 3: Retain a reputable immigration attorney. The H-1B process can be quite complex, especially if one chooses to go it alone. “Furthermore, this visa is very competitive, and without the services of an experienced attorney you will be at a distinct disadvantage,” concluded Valenzuela. “Together, you can develop a solid filing strategy.”
