Project FreeCharge is a public-private initiative started by 3fficient to help the world divest of grid-tied carbon-heavy infrastructure while energizing public spaces and helping people feel safer and more connected outdoors. Expanding on that mission, 3fficient and Primo Wind have teamed to deliver Primo’s EnergiPlant in North America. 3fficient will be the exclusive distributor of Primo’s innovative high energy producing innovations.
Public benefits… The EnergiPlant is a freestanding nanogrid combining wind, solar and batteries to provide up to 6 USB charging ports and LED lighting. In addition, there is an option for security cameras and WIFI. The design includes 3 benches with 9 sides available for advertising space.
EnergiPlant’s have been sold to cities and universities along the west coast. The EnergiPlant has also been featured at events such as Earth Day at the Port of San Diego, the Maker’s Faire at Balboa Park and the Iron Mike Lifeguard competition at Solana Beach.
