The new, user-friendly feature gives Sales Associates who constantly work from their smartphones the ability to manage contacts and leads easily and efficiently.

“Sales Associates are always on-the-go. Their smartphone, Android or iPhone, has become deeply integrated into their lives. Sales Associates now use their smartphones to do almost everything like closing transactions, talking to contacts, uploading documents and photos, sending emails and text messages, scheduling business meetings—to basically conduct their business on a daily basis. Consequently, forcing them to log in and out of a CRM system from a computer, or even their smartphone, doesn’t make sense, it’s not natural,” said Michael Minard, President/CEO of Delta Media Group.

With Delta’s Google Contact Sync a user’s customer database within the DeltaNet and their contacts within Google are synchronized bi-directionally which means there is no need to manage contacts in two separate locations.

Any new customer or lead within the DeltaNet is automatically added to Google and available within seconds on the sales associate’s smartphone. And, any contact that is added on their smartphone is available within seconds in the DeltaNet and automatically added to email marketing campaigns and action plans.
