Our vision has been to see the impact of C12 change the world.

The C12 Group (“C12”) announces the first in a series of international expansion operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. C12 is the largest network of Peer Advisory Groups for Christian CEOs and business owners in the United States. Founded in 1992 by Buck Jacobs, the organization has grown significantly in the last 25 years expanding to over 250 roundtable groups in 90 metro markets serving over 2,000 members.
C12 President and CEO Mike Sharrow recognizes the significance of this milestone in C12’s history.
“Our vision has been to see the impact of C12 change the world. We have stated a vision of active C12 Group networks in every GLOBAL metro area for years. However, in our model, so much hinges upon finding the right, uniquely qualified and called, full-time person to advance mission in their local context.”
The business and ministry leader chosen to build and steward the groups in Malaysia is Dr. Kah Hooi Lim, a veteran entrepreneur, business advisor and CEO coach with over two decades of proven results in growing leaders and their businesses. In addition to executive leadership roles in several companies, Kah Hooi received his B.Scs degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering and a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Management from the University of Birmingham, UK. He recently obtained his Doctor of Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Kah Hooi has a strong passion for marketplace transformation. Holding previous leadership roles in similar roundtable organizations such as Vistage and FCCI, Kah Hooi wanted to help companies achieve results from a business and eternal perspective, but recognizes his vision required a different operating model.
“My desire and vision is to transform the marketplace through multiplying biblical entrepreneurs. This will be accomplished by realizing a thriving C12 group in every major city in Malaysia and beyond.”
Kah Hooi will leverage C12’s proven experience of monthly peer advisory group meetings complemented by proprietary MBA-level curriculum and 1-on-1 coaching as the vehicle for monumental change in southeast Asia.
