DATIS Release Results From 2018 State of Workforce Management Report
TAMPA, Fla (PRWEB) January 29, 2018 -- DATIS HR Cloud, Inc., released the results of their 2018 State of Workforce Management Survey measuring priorities, challenges and goals of Health and Human Services executives and their readiness to address emerging workforce management trends in the year ahead.
Results from the nationwide survey of 428 industry executives, whose titles range from CEOs to HR Directors, revealed critical insights into their approach to hiring and retaining top talent in their industry, engaging employees, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
“As the Health & Human Services industry continues to grow and evolve,” says Erik Marsh CEO of DATIS, “Our goal at DATIS is to continue to help these important organizations by providing ideas and solutions that reduce their costs, maximize their budgets, and empower executives to achieve their missions.”
This survey is the second annual State of Workforce Management Report released by DATIS. Like last year, Recruiting & Retention was once again identified as a top priority for executives. Although 57% of respondents say they are “good” to” very good” in attracting talent, 53% of respondents say offering competitive pay and benefits is the biggest challenge.
Other key findings include:
- 60% of executives see rapid to steady growth within their agencies
- 68% of organizations see increasing employee engagement and satisfaction as a priority, but only 37% have an updated plan to increase employee engagement.
- 45% of organizations rely on three or more internal systems to handle their daily HR operations
DATIS customers, which are comprised mostly of organizations in the Health and Human Services industry, rely on DATIS to make Workforce Management issues a thing of the past. DATIS’ Workforce Management solution generates real-time reports that provide users with innovative and actionable insights.
