LAS VEGAS, Jan. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -Artificial Intelligence, the blending of the real and and the virtual world were some of the key take aways from CES.  Revealing a first look at how we will interact with each other and with new consumer electronic products in 2018.   NEXTPERT NEWS editor in chief, Katlean de Monchy, the founder of the New York City tech and fashion innovation showcase, styleX, reveals just how we're going to be living smarter today - and tomorrow in this video:

If you don't already have a digital assistant, you probably will very soon as smart speakers are on track to have the same impact as tablets and DVD players in our homes. You are going to be able to talk to them and tell them "please turn this on" "tell me what my traffic conditions are for going to work" says Izzy Santa, Director of Policy Communications at CES.
And you’re going to be seeing added intelligence in a lot more cars creating a personalized and safer driving experience. The folks at DERIVE have developed a dongle that could end distracted driving.

Technology is also keeping up with our online shopping habits. High tech mailboxes known as MyColisBox from French company Decayeux connect to an app to keep your deliveries safe. It cannot be hacked as it does not use WIFI, it's a mobile solution. And that's not all!

We also experienced a transportation transformation with self-driving cars and self-driving drone taxis.  Children born in the last five years will undoubtedly not need to learn to drive.
