Founded in 1978, Nimbus Software offers business management software to customers involved in quoting and contracting with a focus on electrical, plumbing, and civil contractors.
JDM Technology Group's acquisition of Nimbus further secures the company's global leadership position and strengthens its market share in New Zealand.
Having acquired numerous companies since 2004, the JDM Technology Group has established a proven strategy for integrating acquired companies into its existing infrastructure. Nimbus will continue to operate as a separate company with its existing staff out of its Nelson, New Zealand headquarters. Kaye Farrer will continue to lead the business.
