The new name would reflect the evolving focus of the company toward Automation, Artificial Intelligence & Blockchain, adding the teams increasingly diversified efforts of R&D to blend brand marketing with machine learning.

The company announced its entrance into the Artificial Intelligence sector early last year with its announcement of its A.I. engine named, MonaLisa, designed to disrupt the software industry through automation. MonaLisa provides unparalleled access to the cutting-edge data science with its focus on predictive targeting. In September, 2017, the company also launched its blockchain subsidiary, focused on providing A.I. marketing cloud servicing the blockchain sector. The R&D teams have since announced The Whisper Network, a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) immutable ledger thats solves the problems of scalability, security, and true decentralization while achieving consensus and keeping transactions fees de minimis. MonaChain and MonaBrowse are two decentralized applications that will be built on the Whisper Network. MonaChain will combat adfraud, while MonaBrowse will combat the rise of ad-blockers.
