SDS/AdamsTech has recently partnered with Ideal Stitcher Company to introduce the new ChannelStitcher. This machine is the perfect accompaniment to our ChannelBender lineup. With SDS’s reputation for quality products and exceptional customer service, combined with Ideal’s dominance in the channel letter fastening systems market, this high-performance machine is a “must have.”

Unlike its competitor, the channel letter clincher, the ChannelStitcher works with Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) which a clincher cannot. Many sign builders are using ACM because it is more rigid, less expensive and can be cut much faster on a CNC router, not to mention is much easier on router bits and doesn't require lubricant. Stitchers also do not have a minimum tab size required to fasten where a clincher does. This top-of-the-line machine can stitch any type or combination of material including plastic, metal and even rubber. This low maintenance device comes with a 6-month factory warranty from Ideal Stitcher Company. All parts are manufactured to strict specifications for the smoothest possible operation and longest product life. Several core parts can even be reversed, effectively doubling their service life.

The ChannelStitcher can operate up to speeds of 310 stitches per minute. That equates to 31,000 stitches per 10# coil, or nearly 80,000 stitches per 25# coil of wire and all with no training required. This product will be an enormous advantage to anyone looking to streamline their channel letter process.
