The Diamond Support Partner Award recognizes that DataBank has gone above and beyond the past 12 years to make sure the OnBase Community is supported with excellence. This honor is given to no more than 15 percent of OnBase Service Providers each year. Criteria for this award is based on training, customer retention, ratio of employees providing support to their number of customers, and the percentage of customers using the current software release.
As one of the top OnBase Resellers in North America, the Platinum Level Partner Award acknowledges DataBank’s sales performance and outstanding expertise in business process automation. The criteria for the Platinum Award is based on software revenue, new customer acquisition, and cross-selling of existing customer base from 2017.
