The BrandCollaborate module incorporates a powerful set of functions specifically designed to further collaborative projects. Smart editing and commenting bolster group efforts at asset creation and make the approval process easier to manage, while the multilingual functionality addresses a central pain point of businesses—working across languages with all their respective nuances. Seamless Collaboration Functionality

The creation of a new asset can involve a team of designers, brand managers, business managers, marketers, corporate partners, external agencies, and lawyers. BrandCollaborate offers an intuitive and efficient alternative to unwieldy email chains—moving the project and its management online. Each team member can be given specific levels of access, all communication is listed in chronological order, and assets can be easily shared, edited, and annotated. The new release also provides the ability to set flexible, multi-tier approvals for individual creative assets or entire projects and the ability to publish workflows.

Smart Asset Categorization (AI)

BrandWizard harnesses the latest advances in deep learning-based image recognition to make brand managers, administrators, and other users more efficient and productive. The system can analyze image assets as they are being uploaded, specify assets’ dominant colors and dimensions, and suggest the most appropriate tags. These automated contributions accelerate the upload process and allow for more robust searching and filtering of assets.

Multilingual capabilities

Today’s companies have to connect with customers across countries and cultures. This requires communicating in different languages, with visual and verbal identities that are unique to local cultures. BrandWizard’s latest release assists in managing this complexity by allowing companies to create dedicated sites for each language, complete with guidelines, assets, metadata, and even search functionality across languages.

Bulk upload asset capabilities

BrandCollaborate has enhanced bulk-upload functionality so each asset uploaded is auto-populated with its metadata. The newly deployed, asynchronous upload process allows users to proceed with other work while BrandWizard processes the assets in the background: unzipping files, categorizing them, and uploading them. Email notifications let users know when the assets are ready for approval or to be published.
