Canada and UK Retailers Can Now Offer Branded Shipping Tracking to Customers

Branded shipping tracking pages has been a very popular feature for our U.S. customers, and we are delighted to offer it to our international customers in the UK and Canada as well.

ShipStation, the leading web-based e-commerce shipping solution, announced today that it has added Canada and the United Kingdom retailers to the list of ShipStation sellers who can offer branded shipping tracking capability.

In August, 2016, ShipStation started offering U.S. merchants the ability to use a branded tracking shipping page. ShipStation provided this feature based on their research and at their sellers’ request, to elevate the tracking experience for the end consumer. If the carrier service used is trackable, notification emails will route the customer to the branded tracking page to see the progress of the parcel in transit – and the contents.
The branded tracking page allows ShipStation customers to include the following features:

●    Real-time tracking map
●    Company logo
●    Brand colors
●    Products shipped
●    Social media links
●    E-mail, phone number, address
●    Link to online store
●    And more!
