Post Approval ensures not only that clients are satisfied with the content being published but also that there is a consistent dialog about how the agency can better meet the client’s needs.

eClincher, a social media management and marketing tool, announces Post Approval, a new optional feature that requires posts be approved before they are published. The feature will be available inside the eClincher app and as an external white label URL that links to a list of posts waiting to be approved.

With Post Approval, posts can be approved by internal or external team members. Internal team members (e.g., supervisors) can see the entire eClincher interface. But external team members (e.g., clients) can only view the post that needs to be approved. To take that a step further, eClincher’s white label post-approval solution allows clients to see only a web page with the agency’s logo, without any reference to the eClincher tool.

Setting up and using Post Approval is simple:

  • Create a team member. Sign them up with an email and password specifically for Post Approval and assign them to the brand(s) whose posts they need to approve.
  • Write the post and add to approval list. Compose a post. Instead of clicking “Schedule” or “Post Now,” click “Add to Approval List.”
  • Assign post to team member by going to the Post Approval list. Click on “Assigned to” and choose a team member. If you select an external team member, share with them the link that appears.

After Post Approval has been set up, team members can approve the post or reject it, leaving a comment about what needs to be changed. After that, an administrator can edit the post, send it to the team member for final approval and schedule it for publication.

Post Approval also creates a dialog between internal team members, improving workflow and saving time.
