Quantum Ventures Announces Plans to Open Office in Wausau, WI
WAUSAU, Wis. (PRWEB) February 01, 2018 -- Quantum Ventures, LLC announced today it has signed a lease on office space in Wausau, WI as part of their growing presence as lead developer of the Riverlife Village project. The real estate development company will open offices in the coming weeks in the City Square Office Center at 500 N. Third Street.
"We are excited to expand our presence in Wausau," commented Quantum Ventures CEO Jason Sharkey. "When we say we want to be a part of the communities in which we work, we mean it. Quantum Ventures is investing in Wausau for the long haul."
Quantum Ventures was approved in early January by the Wausau Common Council as lead investor for the Riverlife project along the east riverfront. The $20 million development will include apartments and commercial real estate space in the multi-phase project. Since taking over as lead on the project, Quantum Ventures has already invested more than $850,000 in pre-development expenses, covering soft costs like engineering, architecture, marketing, etc. Quantum is working on final financing for Riverlife and anticipates that it will be secured and in place by the end of March.
"We are committed to the whole process, from start to finish, ensuring close cooperation and continuous communication with all of our partners," commented Mike Frantz, President and COO of Quantum Ventures. "We look forward to becoming part of the Wausau community as we grow and strengthen our partnerships across the region."
Construction of the first residential multi-tenant commercial multi-use buildings began in late 2017. Construction of the first phase of the Riverlife project is anticipated to be complete by late 2018 (mixed-use) and early 2019 (apartments).
