New Current Transformers from PalPilot Allow Electrical Load Monitoring of Energy and Sub-Metering Products
TUSTIN, Calif. (PRWEB) February 07, 2018 -- PalPilot, a world leader in magnetic components, today announced a series of high-performance, split-core and mini-precision current transformers (CT’s) for measuring AC current and amperage in energy products, sub-metering and other applications.
The new line of CT’s are manufactured by PalPilot Asia – under the brand name PalNova – in compliance with ANSI C57.13 and IEC60044-1 Standards and will be marketed world-wide. They are available in 0.01-300 amp models, all offering outstanding performance.
Expanding upon existing PalPilot Products, these new CT’s are designed to operate at 50Hz - 400Hz with standard accuracies of 0.1,0.2,0.5,1, an isolation voltage of 4KV and operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C. Other applications include Electrical load monitoring, Network equipment, Instruments and sensors, Control systems and Go GREEN initiatives. Production lead time is approximately six weeks, and samples are available upon request.
The PECS06, PECS10, PECS16, PECS24 series are split-core current transformers, current range 0.1-300A. The CT can be mounted to existing panels, such as control centers or load centers, to measure or monitor wattage. These CTs can be mounted without removing existing cables for easier installation.
The PECO06, PECO07, PECO09, PECO13, PECO15, PECO20 series are mini-precision current transformers, current range 0.01-200A. The CT is Small size and low cost.
The PECU05, PECU07, PECU09, PECU13 series are mini-precision current transformers, current range 0.01-120A. The CT is Small size, PCB mounting and low cost.
