Olivier Pincemin has joined the Customer Engagement Consulting Practice of BayBridgeDigital as a Director. He is responsible for driving growth, salesforce marketshare, and client success across 3 strategic business segments (CRM, Customer Engagement Strategy, & Experience Design). Olivier has deep experience in the strategy, design, and deployment of Salesforce CRM for global enterprise companies. He has a diverse leadership background including roles in Management Consulting, Sales Engineering, and Project Director at global companies.
Prior to joining BayBridgeDigital, Olivier Pincemin spent 5 years at Kerensen Consulting - the pure player acquired Salesforce in 2015 - he was in charge of building a practice from the ground up and creating innovative solutions for Kerensen in South Africa & Emerging markets. Olivier has also led teams of pre-sales and post-sales resources whose entire focus was to ensure customer success.
Olivier has rich industry experience in retail, healthcare, high tech, software, financial services, media & telecommunications and utilities .
