Featured speakers for this one-day conference also include:

The Loyalty Academy will introduce the first-ever "Loyalty Rockbreaker" innovation challenge, where three companies selected by Loyalty Academy judges will pitch their solutions to smash one of the "Big Rock" topics covered during the conference. Confirmed judges are Michael Hemsey, EVP Loyalty Solutions Group at Merkle; David Andreadakis, Chief Strategy Officer Kobie Marketing; and Steve Allmen, CLMP and President, Loyalty & Co.

The agenda also includes a technology panel that will address how Blockchain technology can and will revolutionize the way brands and providers assemble their operating solutions. Ali Aidi and Tim Myers are the featured subject matter experts selected for this panel.

The Loyalty Academy Conference is a one-day live event, but this year it will be shared via livestream to enable a global audience to participate and learn collectively.
