AmeriCash Loans Spreads Good Fortune with Annual Peanut Butter Food Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
DES PLAINES, Ill. (PRWEB) February 07, 2018 -- In January 2018, AmeriCash Loans continued its annual New Year’s tradition of a month-long food drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Every year, AmeriCash Loans rings in the New Year with the Share Your Table Food Drive in partnership with Wisconsin radio station Jammin’ 98.3 and Hunger Task Force. During the food drive, community members can come into any of the five Milwaukee-area AmeriCash Loans locations to donate new, sealed jars of peanut butter. The jars of peanut butter will go directly back into the community to help those less fortunate neighbors feed their families.
The Share Your Table food drive falls in line with AmeriCash Loans’ greater mission to support and give back to the communities in which it operates. The company continually strives to positively impact the children and families in the neighborhoods around its 59 store locations in Illinois, Missouri, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. The Share Your Table food drive is the latest support effort in a line of kid’s sports, local parks, and local events sponsorships.
In spring of 2017, the lender sponsored several dozen little league baseball teams across Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and South Carolina. Through the summer and fall months, the company was able to support parks, foundations and local organizations in events that enriched the surrounding communities and brought delight to its families and children. In December, AmeriCash Loans made their largest donation yet to Comer Children’s Hospital, and continues to encourage its employees to spread cheer through giving for the entirety of the year.
“Our communities have always been at the center of our mission,” said a senior AmeriCash Loans spokesperson, “and supporting our communities is the best way we can think of to let our customers know how important they and their families are to us.”
Hunger Task Force accepts food donations year-round. If you’d like donate food, time, or money, you can find guidelines on their website, https://www.hungertaskforce.org.
