The Refuge Golf and Country Club is pleased to announce the confirmation of its chapter 11 reorganization case 0:17-bk-05481-MCW by the U.S. Trustee and Federal Court. Chief Operating Officer Jerry Aldridge said: “It is exciting to see the number of golfers and diners enjoying the golf course and restaurant every day since we emerged from a successful reorganization”.

“Historically only 10% of chapter 11 reorganizations are successfully confirmed but the Refuge Golf and Country Club submitted a very sound business plan to the judge, trustee and new shareholders, and we are proud to announce our plan was confirmed by an overwhelming vote of confidence from Refuge creditors,” said Mr. Aldridge.

Guests can now enjoy the beautifully remodeled 20,000 square foot clubhouse, event pavilion and membership opportunities that have already increased the number of members just since confirmation. The reorganization plan was filed in May 2017 and after months of review and auditing by the federal trustee and judge the plan was successfully confirmed on Dec 8th, 2017.

The Refuge Golf & Country Club includes an 18-hole 6,074 yard golf course and restaurant that is open seven days a week with golf and dining specials now available. It is located at 3103 London Bridge Road halfway between the London Bridge and The Shops at Lake Havasu. We invite everyone to come out and see what’s new at the Refuge Golf and Country Club.
