What You Need to Know About Local Land Use Regulation,” Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, from 1:30-2:15 p.m. The program will discuss local land use regulations that may impact how cemeteries can conduct their businesses. With nearly 30 years of experience representing clients in local land use issues throughout California, Berkowitz provides an insider’s perspective on how to navigate the local governmental process.
