Women in Wireless and Mobile Growth Fellowship Announce New Annual Awards to Recognize Women in the Mobile Industry
SAN FRANCISCO (PRWEB) February 07, 2018 -- Women in Wireless, a non-profit that empowers and develops female leaders in mobile and digital media, and Mobile Growth Fellowship, the mobile industry's largest network of user acquisition and growth professionals, today unveiled three new awards to recognize the incredible women in the mobile industry who are trailblazing as experts, thought leaders, mentors and advocates for diversity and inclusion. The awards, Women in Wireless Mobile Growth Leader of the Year, Champion of Women Award, and the Rising Star Award, were announced today at the Mobile Growth Summit.

The three awards all fall under Women in Wireless’ mission to increase the number of women in executive and C-level positions at start-up companies and established companies by raising awareness of women who are currently successful in these occupations. The categories are as follows:
Women in Wireless Mobile Growth Leader of the Year: A female expert and thought leader in the industry, who can show tangible results driving growth and/or ROI for her company.
Champion of Women Award: Someone who is a mentor for women and/or has spearheaded an initiative to drive diversity and inclusion in the industry.
Rising Star Award: A woman who has under 6 years of experience within the field and can show tangible results to drive growth and/or ROI for her company.
The application to apply to these awards will be available at the end of February. The deadline to apply for these awards is October 31, 2018.
Winners will be honored at a joint Women in Wireless & Mobile Growth Fellowship event featuring female mobile industry experts, speakers, panels and an awards ceremony that will take place in San Francisco the first week of December 2018.
