HaloSource, Inc. The astrea bottle is designed to be the world’s most effective daily-use filtering water bottle, tested to remove lead to the highest National Sanitation Foundation standard - NSF 53.

As the lead crisis in the U.S. water system continues to grow, HaloSource felt compelled to address the problem. The Company’s team of world class scientists and engineers has designed an on-the-go water bottle with the filtration power to remove lead and other heavy metals.

The astrea bottle’s proprietary filtering technology ensures that users will have water without questions. The bottle will be made from food-grade stainless steel, is double-walled and vacuum insulated. The sleek bottle is also designed with a nested straw for anti-spill security and an easy-fill lid so there is no need to remove the filter to fill the bottle, two key pain points consumers experience using filtering water bottles. In addition, replacement filters are expected to be available for purchase via subscription at http://www.astreawater.com, as well as other retail channels.
