Unfortunately, the treatment industry as a whole is a dismal failure as evidenced by the fact that 95% of individuals who attend residential treatment will relapse within 12 months.

Addiction Rehab Centers (ARC), a premier provider of services to address issues related to Addiction, opened in Indianapolis. ARC treats individuals suffering from issues related to substance abuse disorder, primary mental health issues, sexual, emotional and physical abuse and issues related to behavioral addictions such as sex and love addiction, eating disorders and gambling.
David Kolker, CEO and Clinical Director stated “Addiction Rehab Centers is a unique addiction center given that we deal with underlying core issues that create the need for individuals to resort to addictive substances and behaviors.” He goes on to state, “Unfortunately, the treatment industry as a whole is a dismal failure as evidenced by the fact that 95% of individuals who attend residential treatment will relapse within 12 months.” Mr. Kolker states that instead of providing a “crash-course” on the 12-steps, ARC provides extensive therapy related to core issues such as abandonment, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, grief and underlying issues.
Addiction Rehab Centers provides the following level of cares for Substance Abuse and Primary Mental Health: 1. Inpatient Detoxification; 2. Residential care; 3. Partial hospitalization; 4. Intensive Outpatient; and 5. Outpatient Treatment. Additionally, ARC has both an outpatient facility in Castleton and a residential facility on 3 acres in Indianapolis. The residential facility is a seven bedroom home whereby clients live, in a home-like setting, and participate in group and individual therapy.
ARC is a comprehensive treatment program that helps individuals regain their lives. Mr. Kolker states “We treat addiction as addiction. The substance or behavior is not the problem, but rather the solution. The problem is underlying emotional pain whereby the individual is utilizing a substance or behavior to avoid the pain.” He continues “We have created a safe place for people to address these issues at a deep level and thus, begin to develop a sense of self-love.”
