A Chicago-based company that specializes in high-end mechanical and quartz-movement clocks, is now accepting preorders for exclusive Franz Hermle clocks.

Representatives with Timely & Timeless announced today that the company is now accepting preorders for newly-introduced tabletop and cuckoo clocks from Franz Hermle.

According to Paulina Hubli, Managing Partner for Timely & Timeless Exquisite Clocks Emporium, customers will now be able to preorder four soon-to-be-launched Franz Hermle Black Forest Cuckoo Clocks produced at a 100-year old Bavarian factory.

The first of the four clock models available for preorder is the Hermle Gretel clock.

“It is a perfect choice if you're looking for an incredible cuckoo clock that can be displayed on a shelf, mantel or tabletop rather than mounted on a wall,” Hubli stressed, before adding, “Gretel cuckoo clock is a true work of art. It features a beautifully-carved chalet house complete with a lovely red tiled roof and even a lifelike chimney. The house, of course, is the gingerbread house where the witch lives deep in the Bavarian Black Forest.”

The clock is adorned with the figures of Hansel, Gretel and the witch, bringing to life the characters of the beloved Grimm Brothers fairy tale.

“We’re very excited and delighted to make this excellent item available to our customers,” smiled Hubli.

The second model available for preorder is the Hermle Rheinberg clock.

Hubli explained that the richly carved layers of the Black Forrest nature and typical chalet style home tell a story of the traditional life in the Black Forest and gives customers an intimate look inside.

“Hand-carved trees and details of the house make it the Rheinberg clock very special indeed,” highlighted Hubli. “There are 12 different melodies to choose from.”

The third clock, the Hermle Schwarzwald clock, is a traditional hand-carved clock in the finest Black Forest tradition.

“The clock is adorned with a vast array of features that make it particularly attractive and set it apart from many other clocks of similar ilk. These features include intricately carved birds, lifelike oak leaves, the head of a deer with magnificent antlers and beautifully detailed and hand painted figures of Bavarian dancers who perform their dance routine on the hour as the cuckoo calls. The clock plays 12 different melodies.” Explained Hubli.

The fourth clock that can be preordered today is the Hermle Bendorf clock, which is ideal for those who want the best of two worlds: a traditional Black Forest cuckoo clock and a mantel or tabletop clock.

“Bendorf is a chalet style cuckoo clock with a richly carved traditional Black Forest home adorned with a number of lovely details, including two lifelike, intricately carved bears, which are perhaps the most beloved characters of the Black Forrest region,” Hubli revealed. “The quartz movement features volume control and auto night off so that many characters of the story told by the Rheinberg Clock as well as you, can rest without being disturbed.”
