CFO Jack Robinson joins King George as their growth accelerates

King & George, LLC ("King George") announced the addition of Jack Robinson as Chief Financial Officer.

"Jack brings a strategic vision to the Company to navigate through this challenging period of government austerity, yet, at the same time, significant growth at King George," said Chief Executive Officer George Bernard.

Mr. Robinson said he is honored to join the King George team and serve as its CFO during this exciting period of growth. As CFO, he will be responsible for overseeing financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, as well as managing the tax and treasury functions.

The addition of Mr. Robinson is the "next step in King George's continued growth," said President Scott King.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Business and an MBA from Texas Christian University, Mr. Robinson has more than 25 years of experience in business finance, including working for large government services contractors G4S and AECOM.

King George's corporate headquarters is located in Fort Worth, TX, and the company operates at more than 70 federal installations worldwide.
