Jones is a seasoned corporate and securities shareholder and co-chairs the firm’s Blockchain Task Force. Jones has counseled companies in connection with the structuring of coin/token offerings, fund formation, cryptomining operations, and the use of Blockchain-as-a-Service in a variety of industries, including financial services, entertainment, real estate, healthcare/health tech, and retail, among others. She is a frequent speaker at bar association and industry conferences on legal issues relating to blockchain and coin offerings.
