Addison Reserve Country Club Breaks Ground on New Esplanade
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (PRWEB) February 14, 2018 -- Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, Fla. has just broken ground on its new Esplanade Complex. Expected to be complete in February 2019, the 34,000 square foot facility will include an Aquatic Center, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Spa, Activities Center and The Bistro, a casual dining restaurant and bar.
During the construction of the new complex, which is adjacent to the 70,000 square foot Clubhouse, venues in the existing Esplanade will be fully accessible. Members will incur only minimal disruption in parking during the construction of the project.
The membership overwhelmingly approved the project in late 2016, and permitting took place during 2017.
The New Esplanade Wellness Complex consists of over 24,000 square feet of Fitness, Spa, Tennis and Locker Areas. The Fitness Center contains over 90 pieces of fitness equipment with three private Pilates’ studios, one group fitness studio, one HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) studio, two physical therapy offices, stretching studio, Rowing and Peloton studio, free-weight studio, functional training studio and large cardiovascular area overlooking our beautiful free forming beach entering pool complex complete with a large elevated whirlpool. The Spa consists of five treatment rooms for facials, waxing, massages and body treatments, hair and nail salon. Enjoy the benefits of our Salt Relaxation room. The Tennis Department is located within our new Boutique Shop filled with the latest fitness, tennis and resort attire.
This expansive addition to the Club will be contiguous to the 11 lighted Har-Tru tennis court complex, which will not be disturbed during the relocation of the Esplanade. In recent months, Addison Reserve completed the addition of four new pickle ball courts that are located next to the full basketball court and adjacent to the tennis court complex.
