Hard Charging Homes Changes Name to HomeMark Realty Group
LITTLETON, Colo. (PRWEB) March 05, 2018 -- Hard Charging Homes, a long-time fixture on Littleton's Main Street, has rolled out a new name and a new look according to founder Rich Petrone.
"We are pleased to let our community and our clients know that we are now HomeMark Realty Group," says Petrone. "It's a name that we feel better reflects who we are as an organization and what we offer the home buyers and sellers we work with. It also positions us for future growth."
Petrone has been a real estate agent and broker in the Littleton area since 1981 and became known as the "Hard-Charging Realtor" due to his tenacity in finding and selling residential properties. In fact, he likes to share the story of helping to sell his first home when he was just 13 years old. Decades later, when he and his wife Sue opened their own real estate company, they decided to make the most of Rich's established reputation.
"Since that time, our business has grown exponentially, and we've added exceptional agents to our team," says Rich. "We felt it was time to update our name and brand to reflect that growth. Visitors strolling along Main Street will notice the new signage which has already gone up, and the company has launched a new website, homemarkco.com. Look for new sale signs in yards bearing the new and distinct "HM" logo as well.
"The new name and look are part of our plans to continue to expand our footprint in the Denver and Littleton areas," says Rich. "At the same time, we want to emphasize that we maintain our ability to deliver personalized attention to everyone we work with and that our commitment to excellent service remains unchanged."
